Journey Youth

Youth are growing, changing, and developing in new and rapid ways every day. At Journey we want to encourage and facilitate that change by helping our youth take important steps towards God.

 

All young people walk their own journey in their own way. We exist to be traveling companions and guides in their journey towards God, their journey towards each other, and their journey towards the world.

 

In order to do this we have created a Grade 5-7 Class on Sunday mornings as well as monthly social activities for Grades 5-12

 

Grade 5-7 Class
The Grade 5-7 Class meets on Sunday mornings from 11 to 11:45. It focuses on our journey towards God through Bible based teaching. It also provides activities in which the youth can journey towards each other and build deeper relationships. As well, they journey towards the world through regular opportunities to serve the community around them.

 

Grade 5-12 Youth Events
Once a month, grade 5-12 youth have the chance to be involved in social activities where they can grow in fellowship. This allows for our youth to develop meaningful relationships with their peers as well as their leaders. It also provides a wholesome, safe environment for youth to have fun together.
